That's probably the only bad part. It's been almost three years now and mine still get gunk now and then. It just becomes part of your daily ritual, like brushing your teeth.

The extra sensitivity makes it all worth it though.

Yeah, that's true. I was just expecting a whole lot worse because of stories from friends, and going into the nose piercing I wasn't expecting it to hurt as much as it did.
