ugh, i hate that. i usually drink coffee every morning and poop right after, but started new meds for adhd so umm... have stopped coffee for awhile and now i am scared i won't be able to poop.

TMI: however, thank god for my vegetarian diet that makes me poop twice a day and it usually the meal from the previous night, not the meal 5 days before like most bad/meat eaters.
