Two reasons I can think of.

One being to give Alaska her moment and two being that she has made comments about how she's going to be the next RuPaul and surpass Ru.

To me, she is looking like Dr Thredson from American Horror Story. It makes since. I'm sure Sharon is a HUGE fan of the show, since she loves all things horror, and they just had their season finale. I don't think it had anything to do with Alaska.

I didn't recognize Sharon at first. I like this look.

Everyone looks great, but I especially love Penny Tration's dress with bad reviews of Penny on it.

I wish they would just get rid of Santino as a judge and bring on Mike Ruiz full time. I love him.

Mimi's proportions look all over the place here.

Also Serena ChaCha kind of looks like when you'd try to put Barbie's head back on after it came off and it never quite fit right on the neck again.
