New Exclusive Advertising for DKNY: turn the lights on Cara Delevingne


British model Cara Delevingne walks through the streets of New York City in DKNY’s colorful spring 2013 campaign. Patrick Demarchelier captures the blonde as she sports urban looks complete with denim, eclectic prints and billowing skirts with the latest tech must-haves as her accessories.




Cara Delevingne Lands Her First Ever Vogue UK Cover






British model Cara Delevingne is on a roll - not only does she feature on the cover of Love magazine's latest issue (see it here) but now she's also landed her first Vogue UK cover for the magazine's March 2013 issue. The cover exclaims that Cara Delevingne is "Model of the Year" as she poses in a knitted crop top and black hat with smoky eyes for the cover shot.

When I was a teenager and I used to get Seventeen, Teen, Sassy, and YM... I thought people actually pranced around like that, in clothes like that, irl. I was one stupidass 14 year old lol. But to my credit, there was no internet let alone fashion bloggers back then to show me what being ~realistically~ stylish looks like

I'm surprised by how popular those checkered Louis Vuitton dresses are tbh.

Also, something about her face is strange to me- I think it might be her eyes because I think the shots where she is wearing glasses, she's really pretty. Also, while I do like the prominent brow thing, I have an irrational pet peeve for brows not matching hair color. It bugs me so much.

She's def. not got a boring personality, esp. when compared to other models that are ~popular~ these days.

But yeah, about her looks - forgettable, as a face. She's a decent model though, imo - not extraordinary, but decent.
