Boob growth spurts are common (especially only one cup up like hers seem to be) but people are raising questions because of the perfect roundness and big interboob distance. But eh, makeup and special bras exist, or maybe some people do have that shape. I haven't seen enough certified-real sufficiently-uncovered boobs in my life to make that call.
