David Duchovny & Tea Leoni List NYC Pad for $9.25 Million

After splitting for the second time in June 2011, former couple David Duchovny and Tea Leoni have listed their stunning New York City home, and RadarOnline.com has photos of the apartment that overflows with old world charm.

Painted in a mix of bright colors and soothing shades, the beautiful residence on East 78th street in Manhattan was filled with fascinating antiques and art deco furnishings that the Hollywood stars must have spent years collecting since their marriage in 1997.

Listed for $9.25 million, the 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath “maisonette” was once three separate artist studios, reported Zillow.com. The renovation into a single, large unit means that the apartment is 30 feet wide with 13-foot ceilings, and includes a renovated eat-in kitchen, terrace, separate laundry room and office.

Both native New Yorkers, the couple first separated in 2008 in the wake of The X Files star checking himself into rehab for sex addiction. They briefly reunited and renewed their vows in 2009, but sadly the change of heart didn’t last and they have since broken up for good. They have two children together, daughter Madelaine West, and son Kyd.

Wow I personally hate the way it's decorated... Tea would have flop taste tho.

Ugh. The interior of celebrity homes are always ugly as shit.

IKR? I've seen a lot of multi-million dollar homes in general that are decorated terribly. It seems like so many of them (at least in San Diego/LA) are decorated in a wannabe "Tuscan" style, like this:

The high, stained wood ceilings eat up a lot of light. It's hard to tell but it looks like their only overhead lighting is that chandelier and maybe some track lighting.
