TBH it's kind of a relief to see a 16-year-old in high fashion looking like a dork. I imagine it's what I would have looked like if I tried that at her age. Chloe looks a lot better, but she also doesn't really look like a teenager and she seems rather pretentious. I'd take Hailey over Chloe any day. (I know you were just commenting on her questionable fashion choices but I always find it slightly terrifying to see children like themselves - or even younger, like Elle Fanning - dressed up as adults.)
