I get that, but most of her most highly publicized songs and singles have been based on break ups with famous guys and these are the songs she leaves clues for in her album and talks about during her promotional tours. I don't know why people get so worked up one way or the other though. I think she tries to cater to a younger audience than ontd, so we really shouldn't be bothered by her musical work. As a celebrity, it's everyone's prerogative to like/dislike her.
There was a takeoff of criticism about her after Haylor, straw that broke the camel's back? Mostly cause absolutely nobody over the age of 12 thought that relationship was actually legit.
afaik Harry doesn't use PR relationships as songwriting fodder. I was under the impression that they didn't write songs, or perform songs with personal lyrics, period. If he starts doing that, he's as much of an attention whore as she is.
that's not all she writes about and no, that would be the dumbest thing to do. it's been the key to her success. if it ain't broke don't fix it. she's so not the only artist that writes songs about her relationships. if anything, she should keep doing it. it's why she keeps getting more successful album after album.
