if what you mean is that you sometimes serve people decaf when they order regular, then that lady is in for a huge surprise. this is ridiculously common in the service industry. when i was a server, i can't tell you the number of times i ran back to get coffee only to see that the decaf pot was full and the regular was empty. guess what you'll be drinking? it's a liability to serve regular when someone orders decaf, but lol who cares if it's the other way around.
