Lance Armstrong on Oprah - Live Streaming Post

Lance Armstrong's long-awaited interview with Oprah Winfrey will be broadcast in two parts because of its length.

The chat show host told CBS' This Morning programme that she was "satisfied" by the answers he had given her.

She revealed that he had confessed, but did "not come clean in the manner I had expected."

Whatever form the confession takes, it will be a landmark moment in the world of sport, because as this compilation shows, throughout his career, Lance Armstrong repeatedly – and strenuously – denied ever having taken drugs.

The interview will air Thursday and Friday nights at 9 p.m. EST/PST on OWN.

So what motivational comparison are people going to use now? Well, if Lance Armstrong can get stripped of 7 Tour de France wins...
crashcab 18th-Jan-2013 03:26 am (UTC)
for people saying that he's not apologizing and isn't gaining your sympathy.... that was never his intention. he never wanted america's sympathy. he didn't go on the show to apologize. his incentive was to lift his lifetime ban. so he's doing what he has to do and is unapologetically true to his character ("I'm an asshole."). I appreciate that. would you rather watch him feign some tears and say he regrets everything just to placate the public? wouldn't you rather know his real thought process, however horrible it really was?

Someone said they won't consider lifting his ban until he testifies under oath anyway.

This is about the money.
