Flo Rida: 'I have seven masterpieces inspired by Michael Jackson'

Flo Rida has revealed that he has "seven masterpieces" for his next album.

The rapper explained that he recorded the tracks at Westlake Studios where Michael Jackson used to work, and has drawn inspiration from the late King of Pop for the project. "You know, I actually got a chance to do some recording in the same studio where Michael Jackson did Thriller," Flo Rida told Billboard. "We did some work in there and I came up with like seven masterpieces."

The star went on to admit plans to "take over" 2013 with his new single 'Let it Roll', following a string of global hits in 2012. "Every record I've put out this year has been number one and I look forward to this being number one as well," he said.

However, Flo Rida also teased a move into acting as something he may pursue in 2013 alongside his music career.

"It starts with the music, but I look forward to venturing off and getting into some acting. Traveling the world, doing some touring," he added.

I listen to the Vegas Jelli station online and while most of the music played is voted on by the listeners, they have what are called "Featured Tracks" which are tracks the record companies pay the station to play and one of them is "I Cry" and everyone hates it.
