i feel like most of these people are the same dumbasses who fall for craigslist apartment scams ["we're christian missionaries in africa, just western union your deposit for this incredibly underpriced house we're renting in downtown manhattan"] and it's a little sad they're just outright exploiting their desperation to believe in someone so much.

i could understand if it were still 2003 or something when it was reasonable if you didn't have a webcam or camera phone, but you can take your ass down to walmart and get a camera for under 30 and a camera phone with unlimited everything for under 100. make that shady ho set up an amazon wishlist and send a fucking camera if they're that flighty about buying one themselves.

cameras are super cheap now, and id think if i was in a "relationship" with someone online and i was in love or whatever....id send them a webcam.
what is so hard about this?
