ikr, like apparently he saw for the first time crushing poverty and terrible living conditions and he calls it the best day...? I mean good for him for educating himself and w/e, but really, it happens so much to have privileged people who gawk at the poor and then all they take from it is, "oh wow I'm now SO grateful for my life and the fact that I'm not that poor bless <3", and then they feel better about themselves and that's it. Poor people aren't there to give you inspiration or make you feel better about your own life.
