Britney Spears Steps Out in 'Love' Sweatshirt after Split/$100 million for Vegas Show



Britney Spears still believes in "love" – at least when it comes to wearing it.

The pop star, 31 – whose failed engagement to Jason Trawick, 41, was announced on Friday – grabbed coffee in L.A. on Monday, sporting a black and white sweatshirt with the four-letter word displayed in large letters across the front.

Britney Spears 'Secures £100 Million Las Vegas Residency'

Britney Spears is said to have already secured a one-year deal to begin a residency in Las Vegas this year, earning the singer £100 million.

The deal is said to have came into fruition over the last few weeks as Britney resigned from her role as a judge on X Factor USA after just a year on the show.

her vegas residency wouldn't start soon though right? it says it wouldn't interfere with elton who's show goes until 2014 so it wouldn't start until then at the earliest

Maybe she's planning to finish recording her album and use the new material for the show idk

That would make some sense if she wants to put another album out. She could just go about like that as normal and then start in Vegas.

In my imaginary world.....this break-up is just to throw everyone off from the fact that they are going to secretly get married. It would all be an act in order for them to have privacy. If only....

Woah,I totally missed her breaking up with Jason. Hope she stays grounded. Also, how can she do a Vegas residency when she can't take hr children out of CA? (Or has that changed?)

She seems to be getting more independent...

I think Vegas will be good for her- she'll have structure and routine which is good for both her mental health and kids and she also get to perform which I personally think she likes doing..she just seems to hate shows that are broadcasted.

Plus she makes banks so there's that lol

idk isn't that only 1 or 2 shows a week? that seems like a lot of time off. i don't think the vegas dates will start until after elton is done in 2014, so she'll already be done with album promo.

ok so when celebs go out like this and get photos taken of them....is it cuz they called the papz? how do you know when they called or if they didn't?

Some of the bigger celebs have paps assigned to them from photog agencies to just follow them around. I remember when Brit was having her breakdown, some agency said they had around 20 paps assigned to her to get pics. But some other celebs do call.

If she's going to do the Vegas thing I'd prefer it be after she's gotten back into performing. Like, release a new album, tour and put on amazing shows and show people that you can give amazing performance. Then set up the Vegas show and have it be mind blowing. Both in the production and her performance.
