People have theorized before that Rumple is Regina's real father but I think they were too specific in casting a Latino to match Lana's real heritage for that to be true.

Since Cora is the miller's daughter, I think she sacrificed her first child to Rumple and then met Regina's dad. That's why she's so freakishly attached to her daughter.
They've already said that Regina is the baby promised to Rumple, as far as I remember. That's why Rumple mentions holding her as a baby and why he feels so entitled to her as a possession.

I don't think he will be. There were too careful in matching up Cora and Henry to Lana Parrilla's real ethnicity so to change her from being Latina to a white girl blows the idea for me. But it would be hilarious just because you just KNOW that Rumple has fucked Regina. He stares at her tits way too much for him not to have gone there while on a power trip.
