The Kardashian sisters are being sued for $10 million.
Reality TV stars Kim, Kourtney and Khloe could face a mammoth legal bill following make-up artist Lee Tillett's claim they stole the name of their new cosmetics range, Khroma Beauty, from her.
Tillett is also asking for damages from Boldface Group Inc., the company that markets their line, after a cease and desist letter sent last July imploring them to stop using the name failed to work.
She told the Orlando Sentinel: "I developed the Kroma line myself, built my business through my own hard work, and took the legal steps necessary to protect it.
"And yet I have now been forced into legal battle with the Kardashians simply because they have decided to take something that doesn't belong to them."
Boldface petitioned a Florida court to rule Tillett’s brand name "conceptually weak", because it "consists solely of a descriptive term and lacks any inherent distinctive meaning to the relevant consuming public."
The make-up artist - who set up her line in 2004 - responded by claiming the confusion over the names is affecting her business as customers assume it is connected with the infamous sisters' recently-launched products.
She said: "The false association is damaging ... and threatens to destroy its business."
Meanwhile, Tillett’s attorney Elliot Gipson claims Kim Kardashian - who says she came up with the name herself - was aware via her placement agents TLK Fusion of a 2010 deal to ensure product placement for Kroma on an E! Entertainment show she was due to produce.
He said: "On or about May 2010, representatives for Tillett and TLK Fusion were engaged in discussions regarding the possible product placement of the KROMA cosmetics line on the television reality show special 'The SPINdustry' that was scheduled to air on E! Entertainment Television following an episode of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians'."
The Armenian beauties are also currently entangled in a lawsuit with Los Angeles-based Chroma Makeup Studio.

What is your skin care routine? Day and night.
Night: Remove my makeup with Bioderma, use my Clarisonic with the same cleanser, then toner, then a heavy night cream.
Last night I threw on a mask between the Bioderma and the Clarisonic and watched three episodes of Life on Mars, though.
Eucerin moisturizer after I wake up and before I go to bed.
I do use aftershave sometimes, whenever I remember to.
and then put aloe vera or coconut oil on my face, in the morning and when I go to bed. I use a ghassoul mask once a week.
At night I alternate using st ives green tea scrub or a clay mask (Formula 10.0.6 Deep Down Detox is my favorite). And a more thorough cleanse and then moisturizer
the rest of the time I wash my face with the Clear Advantage products line by Arbonne.

Night - Clarisonic Mia used with Boots Botanics Deep Moisturizing Foam mixed with a bit of honey and jojoba oil, followed up with more jojoba oil and sometimes some retinol cream
And then this moisturizing lotion. I love it, but it was expensive as fuck:

I do an aspirin mask once every couple of weeks just to clear up any redness.
I really need to invest in an eye cream.
i want a clarisonic but i'm poor so i have a neutrogena wave
Night: Philosophy Purity with a night moisturize of CeraVe OR Alpha Hydrox lotion and Philosophy Eye Believe eye cream.
People who don't wash their faces twice a day gross me out, eww.
Cleanser (Eminence Lemon Cleanser)
Toner (Lush's Breath of Fresh Air)
Sunscreen (Kiss My Face Face Factor)
night:
Makeup remover (Burt's Bees Wipes)
Eye makeup remover (Simple Eye Makeup Remover)
Cleanser (Eminence Lemon Cleanser)
Toner (Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar)
Treatment (Generic 5% Benzoyl Peroxide or an Aloe oil/Tea tree oil mix)
Moisturizer (Etude House Flower Moistfull Cream)
:)
Night: Remove makeup with DHC Deep Cleansing Oil/Shiseido Ultimate Cleansing Oil. Cleanse with Mario Badescu Enzyme Cleansing Gel. I leave it for 2 mins for mild exfoliating. Then Avene toner again. Followed by the same moisturiser.
On the weekends, I switch up with Silk Naturals 8% AHA toner and SK-II facial treatment essence.
I also take one Omega 3 Salmon oil softgel everyday.
Night: Origins Checks and Balances cleanser, Neutrogena alchohol-free toner, Korres moisturizer, Boscia eye gel.
I use Origins charcoal mask once on the weekends.

Night: Stridex pad

etude house smoothing toner

bioderma
holika holika cleanser (yeah bioderma doubles as a cleanser but i don't really like it as one tbh)
bobbi brown eye cream
clean & clear moisturizer
lioele water drop sleeping pack
twice a week i use my beauty diary sheet masks and i also like to run a green tea ice cube around my face to fight bloating lol
Sometimes I will use Neutrogena's redness soothing cream cleanser if I have random breakout. I might use a mask once a week. Less is more with skin care imo.
Day: Wash face in shower
Nivea soft
Night: Witch hazel wipes
Ego QV moisturiser or an oil of some sort
Or an AHA moisturiser if my skin is looking dull
Honestly, the pill is the only reason my skin isn't a huge mess.

I think UD is a lil overrated.
I like Maybelline for their Color Tattoos - they're just so easy to use, and Revlon for their lip butters. Wet n' Wild has great lipsticks imo.
I have a Smashbox palette that I got on a whim over the summer and I'm kind of disappointed :/ I got sucked in by the packaging.
TheBalm
Revlon
Illamasqua (unfortunately)
E.L.F.
Hard Candy
C.O. Bigelow and Company
Tarte
Clinique
Chanel has great pressed powder
Make up forever
Anna Sui makeup is so cute
Too faced
Urban decay individual eyeshadows (might be the only person in the world who doesn't like the naked palettes)
Maybelline
Loreal only for loose powder
nars
clinique
jack black lip balm in lemon+chamomile is the BEST
NYX (liquid and jumbo eyeliners, lip liners, and lip gloss)
Maybelline (BEST waterproof mascara)
Urban Decay (Naked 1 and 2 palettes)
Nars
Mac
And I know people are going to come at me for this but I bought this shit long before I knew about all the Doe Deere crap but the product has always been pretty decent for me. Lime Crime.

Any recommendations on a really natural-looking foundation?
This one is a popular line: http://www.amazon.com/SKIN79-Super-Bebl
But I wouldn't recommend it if you're below an olive tone (Natural beige, Dark, etc), but if you are, you can try Missha M's BB cream line: http://www.amazon.com/Missha-Perfect-Co
Sorry for the wall of text but BB cream's freaking amazing. It's like a tinted moisturizer but has the coverage of foundation. In no way does it clog up pores and heals up blemishes, scars, etc over time. I bought the Loreal Magic BB to try out American BB cream and it does a fine job. If you still have questions, youtube it all. Trust me, youtube helps a lot in explaining BB creams, like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxlSiGvK
I dunno if you're a guy or girl, but both genders use BB creams. Less in America, a lot in Asia.
Edit: It can replace both concealers and foundation because it's so light on your face but covers as well as concealer and foundation. Love love love love it.

Right now, I am keen to try out the Canada Face Atelier Ultra Foundation. It looks so amazing.

but when you put cleanser/toner on your face are you supposed to wash it off or just apply your moisturiser over the top?
Astringent toners are really harsh and drying, and I suppose you could apply the moisturizer on top, but I feel like you're wasting both products as one is drying and the other is hydrating.
toner second (leave on)
treatment step if you want
then moisturizer which you use tons of and don't wash off
This one little make up product is my life.
It enhances my eyes without looking too harsh. Definitely a product that I will stick with till the end. <3
I heard take a multi-vitamin or b-complex is meant to help but i dunno
