The whole point of Finnick's character is that he is ridiculously good looking (ohai Derek Zoolander) - it's the reason why he won the Hunger Games (because sponsors sent him an expensive trident and anything else he wanted, because he was "pretty"), and it's the reason why he's so fucked up afterwards with his post-HG winner duties (I won't go into more detail in case you haven't read it).
