Not really. Even if she were to *gasp* stop with the bleach for awhile there's still lots of breakage to deal with.
Ideally, with the state it's in, she'd dye it a darker color, cut it as short as she can stand, and just start the growing out process (idk how fast her hair grows so that could be a daunting task for her).

Either way, she really downplayed her look for the simplicity of the song, so i don't care too much in this instance.
