it reminds me of something i think i saw on syfy channel years ago, but it's hard to tell since the plot is fairly recycled.

It's similar to things like Van Hellsing/Brothers Grimm.

The movie was supposed to come out last March but they delayed it 10 months or so to try to bank off Jeremy Renner's popularity/movies from 2012 (Avengers/Bourne)

it's basically GRETEL: WITCHSLAYER with Shannon Dohrety. I only know this movie exists (whichslayer) because our neighbour Seraine is in it (she's Gretel) and my husband gives her a lot of shit for that.

I mean ..it looks like it's going to be horrible but my best friend and I eat this fantasy/fairy tale shit up like it's lucky charms and we just got cured of diabetes. So we're totally going when I get back in town, no regrets.
