Actor Josh Brolin rang in the New Year with a bust.
Cops said they arrested the star early Wednesday after finding him drunk on a sidewalk in Santa Monica, Calif. Brolin, 44, plays a police sergeant in the new movie “Gangster Squad. He was held until he sobered up, cops told NBCLosAngeles.com.

omg i guess i messed up because they sort of look alike (and i hate to read) but i thought he was with ashley judd and i didn't understand why she wouldn't leave him being such an outspoken feminist and all. then i figured maybe he just throws things and doesn't hit her.
