No, Justin wasn't in the car when the paparazzi was killed. It was reported earlier that the paparazzi called a friend, I think, and told him that Justin wasn't on vacation with Selena anymore and that he was at a party smoking weed. He then followed Justin's car, but his friend Lil Twist, I think, was driving it.
