Lindsay Lohan is starting off the New Year looking worse for wear and RadarOnline.com has the photos of her haggard look just hours before 2013 begins.
The 26-year-old troubled actress is in London for the holiday and she was snapped entering the posh hotel the Dorchester looking bloated and bedraggled.
Lindsay’s straggly red hair was pulled back in a messy pony tail and her face looked puffy as she was escorted into the hotel by a bodyguard.

“I feel very blessed to be able to spend time w/ my mom, family&very wonderful friends. Very grateful…May only good things come this year,” she Tweeted on New Year’s Eve, but it looks like she may have already started partying.

Lindsay is facing a world of legal trouble back in the States, and she may end up serving up to eight months in jail if she is found guilty of violating her probation for the necklace theft case after she allegedly lied to police this summer about whether she was driving when she got into an accident on the Pacific Coast Highway.

They're freaking waiting for her to die to milk her death.
Is jail/prison a solution for addiction? HELL NO. But it can scare people into getting their shit together and she's gotten a pass too many times. Her countless silly excuses are such classic addict behavior and I speak from experience.
I wish her the best, but it's a legit concern that she's going to end up killing someone else accidentally before she accidentally kills herself.
Addiction is a sad disease, but it's also a selfish disease and the fact that there is NO ONE to hold her accountable and force her to recognize how truly selfish it is -- that's a scary and deadly combination.
so true
