I just adopted a new cat from my vet. Usually they don't charge any thing because they are so happy to give them homes. They're usually spayed, vaccinated, etc.

i have the full blown flu (and my sinuses are on FIRE) this nye which feels appropriate given the year i just went through lol
my SO and i are staying in and drinking champagne (probably tea for me), making homemade kale+veggie soup, watching ghost shows and drawing together though, so that's nice. if i feel up to it at midnight we're gonna try to go up on our building's roof.

i'm just bummed i am so sickkkk and can't go out. i bought a lil sparkly gold headband to wear and did my nails and everything :( butts.

My boyfriend's DJing a club tonight and that's pretty much the only reason I have plans, other than that, no one invited me anywhere, but I'm mildly sick in that I can't stop blowing my nose every two minutes, oop

Those satchels scratch very easily but the leather is sturdy and stiff, I really love mine but be careful not to walk into stuff.

I went out on a hate-date last night. We ran into Charlotte Sometimes and her bf flirted with me. That is the dumbest celeb gossip ever. My fave dress got a bleach spot on it so I consoled myself by buying this.



Tonight I am seeing some stupid bands but at least most of my close friends will be there.

i have about 10 days worth of shows on my pvr and a pretty wide selection of alcohol, so i just kinda want to ring in the new year that way, which is super lame.

My only choice is to go to my sister's house where two couples and a third guy they've been trying to hook me up with but that I don't like will be PLAYING BOARD GAMES AND WII.

I actually wouldn't be so put off by the idea if they weren't so boring. Plus I like dressing cute and wearing makeup on New Year's and they're fucking bores who wear jeans and tracksuit pants cause they want to be comfortable.

There isn't even going to be much alcohol to keep myself going so I think I'm gonna stay.
