He's a forgeiner so it's hard to tell , but I never see him act like that with any of the other females he is surrounded by so idk and I am also not sure if he is single , lol I never asked

Well you should definitely find out whether or not he's single. lol If he starts flirting with you and you flirt back then he will most likely make another move if he likes you. This is why we don't run from cute boys, bb. :)

Or bring mistletoe to the party and stand under it. haha
