2013 will be the year I finally get a tattoo.



I'd really like for it to be this. Most recognize it as the fallen angel from the Led Zeppelin logo. I love the band, but their logo is slightly altered (originally it was of Apollo the Sun God) to depict Icarus from Greek Mythology. I love that myth. I just wouldn't want the tattoo to be that big, and I'm not sure how it would look smaller.

It symbolizes a few things that mean a lot to me.. curiosity, excitement, eternal youth. Plus, I having rejected religion after being raised Roman Catholic and put through Catholic school, the literal image of a fallen angel is one I can relate to. lol

I feel you! I ate apple sauce a lot after the surgery and now I can't even eat that anymore, and that was like a year ago.

use bagged tea in place of gauze. it helps promote clotting, and that clot will eventually become soft tissue and then part of the alveolar process.
do not use straws and do not smoke anything. they are the same motion and will dislodge the clot leading to dry socket.

I have a questtion, how long should the clot last? 'cause I think I removed mine the other day and it's slowly growing again but how long does it take for the tissue to form?

Ugh, I refused to leave the house for a week because I looked awful. Plus, a day after the surgery, my 2nd favourite player on my favourite team got traded and because I was high on pain meds, was overly dramatic (even more so than usual)
