For me, I've always seen stomach fat being lost from diet. The rest of the body goes relatively fast through exercise for me, but my waist takes a while

today on the train a woman struck up a conversation with the older man sitting beside her. the man was 79 and spoke quite a bit. the woman listened intently and asked him several polite questions; just small talk.

when it was his stop he shook her hand, they wished each other a happy christmas and then he said so genuinely "thank you for talking with me". when he was about to get off he came back over to the woman and thanked her again, like she was doing him a huge favour. i wanted to cry ;__;

People's true colors come out when they go out to restaurants or go shopping. The way some seemingly decent people speak to servers, bartenders or retail employees is disgusting.

Ughhhhhhhhh. My aunt once refused to tip someone because they weren't smiling enough. I wanted to be like, bitch, if I had to serve your snotty ass, I probably wouldn't feel very smiley either.

She also made the waitress refill her tea and then purposely didn't drink it because she was put off by her not kissing her ass while doing so.

(I waited til Asshole Aunt got up and left and put down tip money because w.t.f.)

I see this thinking a lot but I've never seen anyone actually be rude to waiters. Now my sociopathic ex was the opposite, always glad handing waiters and tipping valets 100. Meanwhile terrorizing me in the privacy of the home.

That's pretty much how I realized one of my (now former) friends was a really shitty person. She always harassed waiters and always refused to tip them for dumb reasons like having to ask for a refill, or not getting what she wanted fast enough.
