I spent like ten minutes staring at the Joel Edgerton poster trying to figure out where I had seen him from only to realize he's the guy impressed by Jessica Chastain's confidence in the Zero Dark Thirty trailer

I really feel like this is just going to be the most fun, campy, mess

She still does a ton of work. Melancholia was a hit with the critics and those spider man movies weren't too long ago.

I'm still pissed Melancholia didn't fare well at the awards last year, at least for cinematography. Funny how what's predicted to be huge during awards season, precursored by festival success and love, turns out to get the shaft. Spiderman was 2002-2007.

2011 was such a good year for American actresses and they nominated the worst shit. Should have had Kirsten Dunst/Tilda Swinton/Charlize Theron up there on oscar night.

Charlize for YA? Boring as hell movie but her performance was stellar. At least she was still around in that flawless pink Dior dress! I favor the GGs over the Oscars because the breakdown of categories allows for more variety and chance of being nominated, whereas oscars compiles comedy/drama into one category, lessening chance of a win/nomination.
