ONTD

This morning my daughter asked me for a black Barbie doll for Christmas, because she thinks they're pretty. Unfortunately all the stores I've been to don't have any. :\

She checked out this book from the library and it was like a history of the doll, or whatever. After seeing all the white and tan barbies she had, she wants a black one now so they could all play together. :)

I know it's going to be terrible and stuff but I'm going to see This is 40 tomorrow with my friend. It has a cameo from my babies who aren't even Flyers anymore, I can't help it and Paul Rudd :'(

just bought my mom's present. i hope she likes it.

all i have left is my sister and my dad and his i'm going to get on my way home from work today.

I'm sick :(

HELP I NEED SOMEBODY

Spicy parsnip and carrot & coriander.

I'm not a fan of spicy parsnip, but my family are.

My coffee exploded this morning. It was an awful start to the day. I seriously can't get over it.

I was reheating it in the microwave, and apparently I put it in for too long - 2 minutes. That's my normal time. It was bubbling a little because it was so hot, but I poured my coffee creamer in. That made it bubble and fizz even more. It raised over my glass like when you open a soda after shaking it. And then it exploded all over the counter. I was left with 1/3 cup of coffee.

I mentioned this at the 12 Days Of ONTD post, but lbr, how many of those comments actually get read?

But I think I want to cut my hair super, super short. Like, a textured crop, with side-swept bangs? But the ENTIRE INTERNET informed me that big girls can't have short hair.

(Ironically, I spent like three hours yesterday going through that old otherkin post someone nominated and thinking about how terrifying and gross and stupid Tumblr is. Oops.)

Yeah, I definitely want something that flatters my face, but the stylist I'm going to seems to be really good at steering people in the right direction.

It's just that like every single style site on the internet acts like anybody with a chubbier face will look like the Hamburglar if they get a bob.

just received an invite on fb about a get-together with a few old high school friends tomorrow. while there is one person that i wouldn't mind seeing - i've just grown out of the whole lot of them, tbh.

and considering how ignorant they have become (although, i'm starting to think they've always been like this), especially with the racist comments often being made that are thought of as cute and in kidding... I think I'll fucking pass and officially leave that shit dead and buried with 2012.

I have only a few days to buy gifts for the family and everything I think of seems wrong / pointless / similar to something they already have. ugh.

I am glad I dont have to clean this one guys room at the end of the semester. How in the world do you live with fruit flies and whatnot on your cups with god knows what other "cultures" growing in it?
