Square Enix returns to the well one more time next year with another Final Fantasy XIII spinoff, this one called Lightning Returns. That's...quite the outfit change you've had there, Lightning.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII takes place several years after Final Fantasy XIII-2. The game is set in a place named Novus Partus, which comprises of four islands connected by a monorail system. Square say that the focus is on making Lightning Returns a world-driven game with deep customization.
