This obviously isn't everything out there yet and is just a taste of what's to come. Thoughts anyone? Is there anything here you're surprised to see? Any, "What the fuck?!" moments? Is there anyone you hope gets campaigned for?

It's my favourite to win of Animated films because, honestly, Disney finally has a film where the mom and dad are both ALIVE!

If they make a gay family film one day, good on them, but we've had so many films where one or both parents weren't present, usually the mother and they were lost when the main—usually female—character was little. The only one where that didn't happen was The Princess and The Frog, but if you don't pay attention, you miss them saying it.

Um, no. Aurora was not raised around either of her parents, which showed a separation from her real family, which still tied into the broken family dynamic Disney has kept since the beginning.

EDIT: Okay, I see where you would say that, so I posted an amendment since I can't edit the original now. Whether Aurora's parents are still alive or not isn't relevant to the overall story Disney told.

AMEND THAT: Disney finally has a film where the mom and dad are both alive and around their children.
