That is the only song I hated from the first time I heard it. I listened to it earnestly, a couple more times just to give it another chance, but after like 5 times I automatically change the channel or remove myself from the situation. It's just horrible.

It peaked too late in the year. The chart is based on sales and airplay from Dec. 2011-Nov. 2012. "Gangnam Style" didn't really hit until September or so.

BOW @ We Found Love slaying 2012 even though it was released last year in September. idek if it's considered her biggest hit by now, or Umbrella still holds that title.

we found love became ridiculously annoying when people started quoting the chorus on Facebook about their relationship or talking about how they wanted it as their wedding song. which is completely ignoring what the entire song is about

it's about how toxic and bad their relationship is. I think its supposed to be about her and chris brown? people hear the "we found love in a hopeless place" part and people think omg! they sustained their love even though it was hopeless! this describes out relationship! it's like they ignore the verses. I was mostly meaning the people who wanted to use it as their wedding song like it's not a happy song lol
