love this album but girl is trying a little too hard. I know music videos shouldn't be taken seriously and they're just fun, but like, you can't go from the Begin Again video where you're wearing cat flats and a pleated skirt riding a bike around Paris to acting like a hardcore chick who dates bad boys

I was listening to the radio on the way to pick up my brother. This song just ended, adn the DJ began to speak again.

idg the comparisons to ride. lana del rey's video wasn't a novel concept. haven't you guys seen "badlands" or "easy rider"?

i don't think the voice over fit the mood of the song. it was jarring to go from a somber monologue to an upbeat pop melody.

and that angel line is corny as hell. the devil was an angel too, bitch. so what's your point? why would the devil push you into the arms of some fuggo? then you wouldn't be tempted to do shit!

that being said, i liked the video...

Am I the only one that finds this song disjointed. I'm in to it when the lyrics are a rolling but as soon as I get to the chorus I'm like... wait is this a different song? Maybe I just haven't heard it enough times but I totally get jarred out of the tune every time I listen to it.
