Did Lana try to abort the baby but just failed? Or was that scene when she was talking to thredson just an illusion?

And how is the monsignor back? the angel of death was there.

Lana failed when she tried to abort the baby. She thought it worked when she was talking with Thredson, but it hadn't.

Yea, apparently the baby is still alive... Sister Mary Eunice felt it... Seems like she's determined that baby be born.

The angel appeared to Lana but didn't kill her. Just because she is there doesn't mean it is your time.
