So I got my blood drawn yesterday but I don't get to hear my ~results~ til this afternoon at the earliest. The nurse who took my blood didn't seem worried; I bet they get so many first time pregnant women in there wondering about bleeding. The actual bleeding has slowed down and the cramps have stopped. It was srsly like an abbreviated period. Weird. So the test will show how much of that one implantation hormone I have and whether it's enough or if I need a shot to help me continue the pregnancy. Then I get another blood test tomorrow to see if my progesterone levels are doubling every 48 hours like they should. Everyone I've talked to thinks this shit is nothing to freak out about. My friend had it when she was pregnant with her twins (who are 12 now omg) and I've heard lots of other tales of women having periods early in pregnancy and nothing being wrong. Plus, I've heard a miscarriage is WAY worse than any period, so...

Grrr. Just let me know if my embryo is safe, midwife office.
