Lindsay Lohan will be arraigned this AM on charges that she lied to cops and drove recklessly when she crashed her Porsche on Pacific Coast Highway last June.
TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay's probation in the jewelry heist case will be revoked this morning. Commissioner Jane Godfrey will schedule a hearing on the probation violation and Lindsay could face 245 days in the pokey.
But as we reported ... the Commish is not a big fan of jail, so Lindsay may skate yet again.
We're in court and will be livestreaming the action ... so stay tuned. Hearing starts at 8:30 AM.
Lindsay Lohan's probation was revoked this morning in court ... just like we told you it would be ... and the judge has now set a hearing to decide whether to lock Lindsay up for the better part of a year.

They know they'll only have to be in there for a couple hours for their "sentencing", or a few days at the max.
If there are no real consequences for these celebs like there is for the rest of us, they'll never learn their lesson.
I've never been arrested/in jail, but when I was little our Girl Scout troop took a tour of our local police station, and they put us in a cell for about 2 minutes (felt like FOREVER) and I decided right then and there that would be my first and last time in jail.
I AM SHOCKED. I AM JUST ABSOLUTELY SHOC...
Nah, I can't even pretend.
Lbr .. Lindsay could could shoot someone in the middle of Mardi Gras and still only go to jail for 84 minutes if anything .. she makes the justice system look like a joke
