I highly disagree. Not wearing panties and getting out of the car where you KNOW that paps make pics of you is stupid and your own fault.
If I have to get out of my car in my mini skirt I'm already scared that people could see my panties but nobody is next to my car so it's okay. But I would behave differently if I would know that people are there and are making pics of me.
