They nominate Helen and Naomi, but not Emmanuelle Riva? Totally makes sense.

I'm over this awards season already despite my queens Marion and Jessica leading the pack atm. I'm just waiting for the Oscars/GG so I can get Best Foreign Film noms. Here's hoping Barfi actually gets a nom.

But yay for Kidman. As weird as The Paperboy was, her performance was definitely flawless. Pretty much the whole cast gave supuerb performances even if the movie itself came off campy and weird. Congrats to Nicole

lol super late for this post, but I'm pissed about Joaquin Phoenix.

there was a critic/awards insider blogger on twitter saying that this was basically their way of saying "fuck you/learn your lesson" to him for his Oscar/awards campaign comments, but in doing that they just totally proved that his comments were 100% right lmao.

and there have been people who were nominated for Oscars without a SAG nomination, so I'm still hopeful.

Not surprised really. Why is Hugh Jackman a lead but not Anne Hathaway?? Weird. Do they think she will win in supporting instead of lead, since Chastain is basically going to win the lead oscar right?

Anne isn't a lead in Les Mis. Not even close. She's maybe in about 20 minutes of the film. Jackman is in it from beginning to end.

Eh, tbf Django screeners weren't sent out because the film wasn't ready in time, so Leo wasn't really expected to be nominated here. Django didn't get any noms. If he misses out on a Golden Globe nod, he'll be in real trouble.
