Wade was kind of annoying me early into this episode, but I'm glad they finally got together. Now whether it lasts for the remainder of the season...
I liked the idea of Zoe having a girl friend this season, but something not quite right happened with Ruby. They just didn't have any chemistry. So I hope Ruby finally leaves.
I sort of miss Shelley (the original waitress at the bar) and Addy.
I think they tried to use Ruby to make Lemon sympathetic, so they tried to make her even more petty about her rivalries than Lemon. She came over like a bully and it was hard to like her.
Well, I guess she was technically a bully. She bullied Lemon in high school, right? Didn't she say she took a part in a play just so Lemon couldn't have it?
It's hard to like someone who out-bullies Lemon Breeland.
I wish they would've pulled back on that. I had a hard time feeling for Lavon when she left because her cool demeanor made it seem like she wasn't into him as much as he was into her. It seemed obvious she had one foot out the door and Lavon seemed really silly because of it.
I also miss Shelley. I wonder if she got a role on another show or what?
Lemon only became ridiculous after mom left & was apparently normal in HS, making Ruby a REAL bitch as she delighted in taking things from her. I feel so odd hating her since I adore Golden but Ruby is hard to be in the corner of :/
TBH Wade and Zoe have both been annoying on and off throughout the show at times. Now that they've both put their real feelings out there, I'm hoping those annoying days are over with. I want hold my breath though. lol
I guess I'm just a sap, but when Wade was talking to his dad, the tears just started to fall.
I also loved Zoe's little speech to Wade. So glad she finally acknowledged how she really feels. I know her feelings for George have not disappeared, but now that she has admitted out loud that she likes Wade and asked him to be her boyfriend, I'm really hoping their relationship has a chance to actually develop and go somewhere and not be screwed over in order to keep the so called triangle going. I'm not gonna get my hopes up that George and Zoe are never gonna cross paths at some point and possibly start a relationship, I know it's bound to happen, I just hope the door will be left open for a possibility of Wade and Zoe again, if it comes down to it.

Lemon has started to win me over, but sometimes her selfishness and jealousy is too much, esp when it comes to her relationships. I don't blame Lavon for getting mad at her, but I do think he went way overboard with proposing to Ruby. So glad she is leaving.
I love George, but something with Tansy just isn't clicking. I guess if she didn't act like a typical dumb blonde, I could see it, but right now, I'm just not buying it. I would love for him to meet someone that he actually clicks with. So far, I feel he hasn't clicked with anyone on the show.

I'm so mad at how long until the next episode!!!!! But I'm so happy with the fact that they are together and hopefully Ruby is gone for good. I cannot stand that bitch! I hope Lemon and Lavon make up because I like them. And I thought Tansy actually looked pretty in this episode instead of her usual trashy self. She's growing on me. Also, I like Zoe's mom and the fact that they are Jewish is pretty cool. I wish Zoe had said "Oy Humbug" instead of whatever she said with oy as a tribute to The OC
Zoe/Wade - was yelling at my TV for Wade not to pull a S1 and make fun of Zoe while she was confessing her feelings, and lookie-there, he didn't! There's some character growth...well maybe not, but regardless Z/W yay!
And maybe I'm in the minority, but I kind of like George and Tancy (apparently that's how it's spelled according to IMDB?) - she makes him less annoying somehow.

Believe me, I'm the first one to bitch about Lemon's ridiculousness, but Ruby was being fucking awful to her. Like yes, she's alone for Christmas, she gets it, she doesn't need you shoveling it in her face every 13 seconds that you're so happy and so lucky and omfg. It kinda pisses me off that Lemon gets all the bullshit over this when Ruby completely goaded her into snapping.
I agree. Lemon wasn't cool telling Ruby about her and Lavon, but Ruby totally had it coming. She was being a total bitch and Lemon wasn't saying anything to provoke it!! (especially mentioning she was left at the altar and all that! So uncalled for!)
It's complex for me - I like both of them but find both of them bitchy and/or inconsiderate at times. Lemon's really getting fleshed out nicely this season & relaxing but that doesn't mean I forget how awful she was to Zoe last season. Lemon's coming into her own so I am liking her & I think Ruby's hatred of her is....eh. it's interesting.
