Criminal Minds season 8 continues this week with episode 11, "Perennials," an episode which is all about copycats—both for the case and regarding the recurring unsub.
CBS has released a sneak peek from the December 12 episode, and it addresses what happened in the last one, "The Lesson," which saw Reid preparing to meet his mystery girl for the first time. Unfortunately that face-to-face meet never happened, because Reid worried that her stalker was at the restaurant. It was a false alarm, but it was too late because she had already left. He's been keeping her secret from the rest of the team, but Blake knows more than anyone else does, and she did give him some advice regarding seeing her.
The "Perennials" sneak peek (above) shows Blake finding out how Reid unwinds—it involves a mathematical conjecture—and about the meet that didn't happen. Reid says they both canceled and it was fine; they even talked that morning. But considering Blake doesn't know about her stalker, Reid clearly takes advantage of the fact that the round table is about to start to get out of talking about his mystery woman any further.

And since the writers seem so against giving him good things, that's probably what will happen. But, you know, not EXACTLY what I just guessed.
If I didn't love Will and JJ together I'd say I wish hers and Reid's date had turned into more.

I'm tempted to find the eps I haven't seen yet online but I have a lot of shit going down in my life right now, I think the mega-feels would break me =/
