Is the twist that this was all imagined and Blair is locked up in a mental institution with straggly dirty brown hair and she's in the middle of a deep psychosis?

She had a mental breakdown in episode 13 and never recovered. So Serena had her committed. Every episode after that was Blair's hallucinations.

OR, it could be an extension of Leighton's movie and its really a continuation from The Roommate, where her character Becky thought it all up in her head haha
