Katt Williams Slap Victim Fired by TARGET

The Target employee who was PIMP SLAPPED in the face by Katt Williams says he's been FIRED from his job ...even though HE was the one who was attacked.

TMZ broke the story ... Forrest Liebenberg was having a calm conversation with the comic in the Northern California store when Katt slapped him in the face for no apparent reason. Liebenberg didn't strike back ... instead he pulled out his phone and called for help.

After the incident, Forrest told CBS13 he'd been terminated from his job with no explanation -- saying, “They weren’t very clear, but it is obvious to me that it was based on this incident.”

He added, "Maybe I was a little uninformed about how seriously the situation was with Target, but obviously it is pretty serious."

Forrest says he doesn't know if Target believes he's the person who leaked the security footage to TMZ. He also claims he is NOT the leaker.

11:22 AM PT -- A Target spokesperson confirms Forrest has been fired from the store ... but explains, "His departure was unrelated to the video footage that has appeared online."

The rep adds, "Out of respect for the privacy of this individual, we cannot discuss the reasons for his departure."

Seriously. I was always nice to people in retail/food service but after working in it myself, there's a whole other level of appreciation.

I never knew how disgusting grow women could be until I worked at a woman's clothing store: Being blamed for not being in the front of the store when someone opened fire in the food court next to us, diapers/poop left in the dressing room, being threatened, fingers in my face, dirty tampons/pads shoved in the corners of dressing rooms, shitty children knocking things off lower tables and their parents looking back at me and thinking it's cute, unsupervised children playing with the hanging signs in windows, customers telling me not to talk their children, customers yelling at me for not talking their children, managers time stealing, everyone but me being late to work and not being called out on it, being blamed with another co-worker for not knowing a manager and an associate were stealiing merchandise, being treated like shit by the district manager for not "doing my job" when I would be the only one out on the floor while the managers sat in the back office and talked; the list goes on and fucking on.

I just have a lot of feelings.

Yeah, it was some gang disagreement between schools or something. The food court where it happened it right next to our store. I saw people running by and heard the shots, so I ran back and let the manager know and she yelled at me. She told me to get back to the front of the store because people could be stealing.

I did! I haven't worked there in several years. I couldn't believe the manager said that.

late, but my first waitressing job including cleaning bathrooms as a part of our shift work, and either you did both mens and womens alone or it was split and you chose between the two of you which you wanted to do, and everyone ALWAYS wanted to do the mens. i got so lucky one day i was able to snag the mens room and the girl who got stuck with the womens room had to sweep a pair of shit filled underwear that some grown woman had shoved behind the toilet. DISGUSTING.
