well looks like were all having a shit tuesday

my body is still aching from the intense fuckin i got 2 days ago. UGH WTF. i used to be amazing at this shit.

Ice on the porch. My ankle rolled out and went totally on its side like a zombie and I just fell on top of it like with my whole body and then fell down the stairs. It goes back from being excruciating to numb and I have a big boot and crutches and I can't put any weight on it at all right now and it's so fucking swollen I need to go back to the doctor in a few days and I can't drive because its my right ankle and I don't know how I'm gonna see the Hobbit now cause the people I was going with don't drive and my other friends are at a different midnight and I have fucked up priorities I know

The people that can drive live like an hour away and are going to a midnight somewhere else. The ones going with me have never even taken driver's ed so no.

I don't know. Maybe not much? It's like 9 miles.

Does anyone take stuff for ADHD & Depression/Anxiety?

I finally got diagnosed with ADHD but have underlying depression/anxiety. I'm going to the Dr. tomorrow & she tends to just stick ppl on anti-depressants and i need something else

Hmm what kind of methods does ur psychologist use in CBT? Idk if mine does that but she's done things where she tries to prove my negative thoughts wrong (like "why do u think ur dumb? ur getting good grades!"), gives me tips (like "sometimes with anxiety, it usually goes away once u do the thing that makes u anxious").

But i feel like she's kinda too fluffy and i just don't listen to the techniques she gives me or i'll think back "yeah i have good grades but that's because i cheat off my friends" or something lol
