HARRY POTTER STARS SECRETLY FILMING NINTH MOVIE - AGH

DON'T CRACK OPEN THE BUTTERBEER JUST YET THOUGH - THERE'S MORE TO THIS STORY THAN MEETS THE EYE...
In news that had us spitting out our morning choccy biscuit in excitement (don't judge us) it's been reported that the cast of Harry Potter have been secretly filming a NINTH movie. AGH.
Before you start digging out your wand and queuing outside the local cinema though, there is a downside - the additional film will be a 'mini-movie' - and will only be shown at Harry Potter theme parks. Oh, balderdash.

According to The Sun, Helena Boham Carter - who plays the terrifying Bellatrix Lestrange - and fellow cast members have been filming scenes at Levesdon studios in Hertfordshire over the past few weeks.
A source confirmed: “The cast have really enjoyed getting back together — they are so tight-knit.
“The shooting schedule is nowhere near as long as the films, so though filming has been intense, the stars have enjoyed being able to pop in and out.”
The new film will be shown at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter attraction in Florida, and later at the two new Hogwarts theme parks in California and Japan which are under construction as we speak.
Hang on - the USA gets TWO WHOLE WIZARD BASED THEME PARKS BEFORE WE EVEN GET ONE? Pfff, that's just not fair.

Anyhoo - what we really want to know is what kind of plot line the mini-movie will follow. Will Harry go batsh*t crazy and attempt to become the next Voldemort? Will Ron discover that Hermonie isn't quite bad ass enough for him and start up an affair with Bellatrix?
WE JUST DON'T KNOW. What do you think about all this?

Omg that Hogwarts ride at the theme park is the WORST. I can be a baby when it comes to rides but that one had waaay too much happening all at once. I don't think I've ever felt so sick after a ride :(

Same here. I never get sick after rides. I didn't even get sick after Mission Space in Epcot at Disney World (the original one~) and this shit made me sick!

I have a huge fear of spiders and I went on that ride with my best friends family and freaked when Aragog shot me in the face. I was like "OH SHIT NOOOO FUCKKKKK AHHHH NOO SHIT"

Oh god, now I'm so worried. D: I'm supposed to be going to Orlando this year (I'm from Canada so taking a trip down there is a ~big deal~, lol) and we're planning a day at Universal, largely because of the HP park. I want to do the Hogwarts ride so bad because I hear it's so cool, but I get motion sickness. :( Sob.

it was actually way more intense than I'd been expecting. usually idgaf about how scary rides are as long as I'm strapped in and don't feel like I'm going to fall out, but I kept trying to figure out how much of the movement was us actually moving and how much was a screen-induced illusion, and it was basically impossible ... I can totally see how that would make somebody sick.

walking through the castle was so fun though :)

I really enjoyed it! And it wasn't a million hours so it didn't feel like it dragged or anything. I didn't see it in 3D bc my local theatre doesn't have it (and we're in NZ lol) but I feel like it may be overwhelming for people who do. The action scenes were crazy and with 14 characters, I started to get dizzy just watching it normally tbh.

I loved the harry potter park/ ride in the castle.. i teared up when i heard Hermoines' voice in the ride..and when i had to leave.... so excited for this!!

It'll probably be one of those things that will precede a ride--longer than the holograms the trio and Dumbledore do for that Journey ride, but in the same vein.

And they better get these done all in one go, because the trio isnt getting any younger looking.

I'm always baffled people are interested in these sorts of rides. The only way I'd enjoy stuff like this is if I were baked as fuck. Roller coastesr & speed/gravity play or bust, for me.

The Fantasyland expansion at Disney World! :D Yeah, it just opened to the public. They have lots of cool things (Belle's Village, Beast's Castle, a new Little Mermaid ride, a new roller-coaster in the Seven Dwarfs' mines, etc.). I'm reallllly excited, lol.

Actually i thikn Cali has less land space. Unless they take some of the studios in the back lot out and put it there. Which i dont think they will.
