Martin Freeman Continues to be Unfunny- Jokingly Calls Lucy Liu a Dog.

source

He also talks a bit about Sherlock starting filming in March and reshoots for The Hobbit. Idk idk. Martin needs to actually be funny if he's going to make jokes. Calling Lucy Liu a dog is not funny, as jokingly as he might have intended it to be. He just comes off as passive aggressively bitter when he does stuff like this or the joking walking off stage at the mention of Elementary thing he did a while back.

Right? It's being precious over your body of work as if it's the only true reincarnation of the most overdone canon of all time. Talk about being fucking holier than thou. CBS took the concept of a modern day Holmes from Moffat's team, sure, but nothing else. The entertainment industry has myriad cases of people stealing ideas and actually just copying and adapting the same work -- this is not even close. They're two immensely distinct shows. The snobbery of the Sherlock production team and actors is as ridiculous and condescending as it has paved the way for these privileged idiots to make sexist remarks and act like pissy school children who want to be the only kids performing in the talent show.

Fuck 'em.

I know I'm uber late but Moffat didn't even originate the idea of modern day Holmes lmao

Those are both CBS films and I'm sure there are a lottttt more if you look, even House is arguably modern day Holmes.
