Because Ryan Murphy doesn't think bisexuality exists. I haven't watched this season, but I'm pretty sure Brittany always says something "cutesty" rather than "bisexual" and he did that entire episode with Blaine that started out well with him telling Kurt not to put him in a box about his sexuality that he believed was fluid... and was ended with a joke about how LOL NOPE SO GAY after he kissed Rachel sober.
