Australian DJs who pranked nurse taken off the air
Mods: this seemed to post w/o problem to my personal journal, not sure where formatting error is?

More from TMZ:
The two Australian DJs at the center of the Kate Middleton hospital prank have gone RADIO SILENT since news broke that the nurse at the hospital committed suicide ... TMZ has learned.
The DJs are under serious fire after pulling off a stunt where they pretended to be the Queen of England (fake voice and all) and duped nurse Jacintha Saldanha into connecting them to the people treating Middleton, who revealed details about Kate's condition.
Saldanha's body was discovered early this morning ... and cops believe it's an obvious suicide.
TMZ called the Australian radio station where the DJs work ... and were told by the executive producer that the DJs will NOT be taking any calls, period.
The E.P. explained ... the DJs have been "ordered" not to speak to the media. It's unclear who issued the order.
The producer added, "I advise you to stop trying to call them."

I do not at all feel any remorse for those DJs losing their jobs. They ought to be fired, and not just for this .

That said, it was lax security by the hospital. Personal details shouldn't be given out over the phone. It's near impossible to verify a person's identity.
Not saying that's what happened here, but it's more than possible.
What they did was wrong and truthfully, whoever the >>> PRODUCER <<< of the show is should be the one to blame and be fired, because I doubt the DJ's (unless they are the producers themselves) were the ones who set this up.
This woman who committed suicide was not being fired, her hospital was backing her up, so her suicide amounts to most likely were many issues over time mixed with this moment. And sadly the truth of the matter is that this nurse DID do something wrong. She shouldn't have given out that info without making sure she was talking to the real person first. It's sort of how this thing usually works in the real world. It's sad and terrible, but everyone here is acting like the DJ's called with a mission to have someone die... obviously that wasn't the case and obviously it was something no one could have predicted. Feel free to go back to the post about it on here earlier this week and see how many people mentioned suicide?
Anyways, I think them being let go is big enough punishment for something that wasn't meant to hurt anyone and I feel terrible that the nurse felt like her life wasn't living, it's always sad when someone takes their lives, but it's also worse when people start blaming others for why that person did it. This could have just been the cherry on top to a horrible life.
This whole situation is awful.
There is no way anyone could have predicted this would be the outcome of this prank.
I don't think anyone intended for someone to die or even for privacy to be grossly violated, I think they were just plain stupid, expected to be hung up on, and will just have to live with this for the rest of their lives.
Media and entertainment will just have to consider it a lesson learned. I can't even begin to speculate what was going on with the poor woman.
Besides, Anons aren't one group. I guess I could be called an Anon, but you won't catch me doing pranks OR saving anyone. What I'm trying to say here is that there are so many different types of Anons that it's just much better to say "Some Anonymous" instead of just "Anonymous"-like saying "Some brunettes" instead of all of them LOL!
And most people, that includes other Anons, hate hate HATE when a few rowdy Anons go off and harass/mess around with someone. Like, if this nurse thing happened on 4chan I can absolutely promise you there would be more disgust than anything else no matter what board it happened on-PLUS the other boards would shit on the board that started it and all hell would break loose with cross-shit posting and arguments flaring for days. Idk, just wanted to throw all that out there.
