Katt Williams slaps Target employee

What did the 5 fingers say to the face? Ask the guy who got PIMP SLAPPED by Katt Williams.

Katt wasn't done after leading cops on a crazy three-wheeled chase through Sacramento on Sunday -- because moments later, he hit up a Target ... where he belted an employee IN THE FACE ... and TMZ has footage of the face-to-hand contact.

There's no audio, so we can't tell what the argument is about -- but by the looks of the employee's body language before the wallop (placing his hand on his chest) the guy wasn't looking for a fight.

Then out of nowhere Katt winds up and slaps him in the face -- at which point the employee pulls out his phone and, according to an eye witness, he calls police.

Video of the aftermath surfaced on the Internet this week, showing Katt making his getaway in an electric cart ... before police arrive. We hate to say it, but it's hilarious.

According to sources at the store, Katt then ditched the electric cart and got back on his three-wheeled motorcycle. He was not arrested.

We spoke to a rep for the Yolo County DA's office, who tells TMZ, the case is currently under review ... and charges have not yet been filed against the comedian.

So far, no word from Target or Katt's people.

This happened a few days ago but the security footage was just released. What's the craziest thing you've ever witnessed while out shopping, ONTD?

I hate retail. Most people act like animals in these environments, and forget that SOMEONE has to clean after them. But, this one story has a satisfactory ending: One time, these two little girls wanted to go into a fitting room, and I said no.. since they were in an adult fitting room, and it was extremely busy so I'm not here for that. But because we were so busy, we had opened the second fitting room across the way, and I caught them as we opened them, pissing on the floor. I was horrified.. and I went and found their mother, and told her the situation, and she too was horrified. She told them that they were cleaning that up, and I gave the supplies over, and boy they hated my life, but I'm not cleaning after some little brat's piss. Thankfully the mother was cool about that. It could've been a situation like where she doesn't care.

I hated it too. I spent like 10 years of my life in retail Hell. But the Maternity store was prolly the worst. Esp. since it was an outlet right next to Six Flags so weekends were Hell. Lots of people thinking the bench in the last fitting room was a changing station and the floor underneath it was a trash can where they could just kick their dirty diapers. It got so bad we had to put signs that the changing station was in the restroom.

But hey, at least your story had a "good" ending, well I mean better than cleaning it up yourself. I'd be the same way as that mother if I had a child and they did something like that.
