1. General Hospital: Luke and Laura

On November 16, 1981, 30 million guests tuned in to watch the most iconic TV wedding of all time. Luke and Laura were married in a gorgeous outdoor reception, but what made their big day special was the love that radiated from the fictional couple. I love when Jim and Pam are standing on the boat all wet, and she's leaning on him and he just looks at the camera and smiles. Perfect.

I did like that. It took me back to the early seasons when they were so good with subtle facial expressions that tell the whole story without saying anything. Now they just tell you everything to the camera and I hate it. And someone made a really cute "Keep Calm and Save the Receptionist" shop of that scene that I wish I still had.

Other than that I found their wedding really hammy and cliche and disappointing. I was glad they finally got married but I was definitely let down.

Yeah. I don't love that episode overall but their boat wedding is perfect and beautiful and makes me tear up.

I wiki-ed the luke and laura storyline and ew. and side eying the exec producer.

"Originally intended to be a brutal attack, Monty rechoreographed the scene's blocking in order for the encounter to come off as a seduction. She also took strong language and violence out of the scenes."

YES the best Friends wedding made the list! I mean there was practically a wedding every season thanks to Ross, but the only one I teared up at was Phoebe and Mike's. no1curr about Ross and Emily, she was a bitch anyway. Monica and Chandler are my favorite couple, but their wedding was forgettable. Carol and Susan's was probably the first same-sex wedding on TV though, so that's pretty awesome. And they should've added Ross and Rachel for the lolz.

Yeah but no one cared about Ross and Emily as a couple, that's what I meant. I was not sad to see that storyline end.

She was so pretty in that episode. I thought her entire look in season 6 was the best her character ever looked.
