Lindsay Lohan was ARRESTED at 4 AM Thursday in New York City for allegedly getting into a fight at a New York City nightclub law enforcement sources tell TMZ. Our sources say Lohan was at Club Avenue when she got into some sort of argument with a female patron and it became physical. We're told cops came and arrested Lindsay for allegedly assaulting her. At the time of this post Lindsay is still at the police station.
And this isn't Lindsay's only legal problem. TMZ broke the story ... she is about to be charged with lying to cops in June after her car accident on Pacific Coast Highway. She told them she was a passenger in the Porsche when actually she was driving.And, if Lindsay is formally charged with the latest crime, it could trigger yet another probation violation.

UPDATE 7AM ET: We're told Lindsay is still at the police station getting booked for third degree misdemeanor assault, and she's "visibly tired."
7:40AM ET: Lindsay's about to be released with a desk appearance ticket ... meaning she'll have to appear before a judge sometime in the near future.
8:00AM ET: Lindsay Lohan has been released and was seen leaving the police station with a jacket covering her face.

They did leave my car on the side of the road with the dome light on and the doors unlocked. wtf @ that. Glad nobody stole anything from it 'cause all my shit was just sitting out in the open.
She lied to the po-po and told them I started this fight and never mentioned anything about self defense. I told them exactly what happened and they believed me since I was stone-sober and it was the truth but since they kept on touching me and I was like "I'm cooperating with you, can you please not grab my arm," they hand cuffed me and threw me into the back of a police car. After they proved their "we're a bunch of asshole pigs" point, they let me out.

this idiot will NEVER fucking learn. Always playing the victim and acting like all the stupid situations she's gotten into is a result of someone or something else. That's why she keeps on repeating the same mistakes. No accountability or maturity from this girl.
She will never make a "comeback" because she's too stuck in her old ways.
