Comedian Katt Williams Involved In High Speed Police Chase While On A 3-Wheeler
In just the last few months alone, he pulled a gun out on actor Faizon Love while they were outside of a Hollywood nightclub. He also became the talk of the internet this month when a video surfaced of him having a meltdown during a show in Oakland. He wasn’t on stage for a full ten minutes before he tried to provoke a fight with an audience member and he was removed from the stage by the venue’s security. He is now being sued by a few attendees that were at the show who claimed that they paid over $200 to see Katt Williams perform for 10 minutes before attempting to fight at least three audience members.
Now, he is in the news once again after leading Sacramento police on a high speed chase over the weekend while driving a 3-wheeled motorcycle. According to TMZ:
Katt Williams led police on a crazy chase through the streets of Sacramento on Sunday — even driving on the wrong side of the road — all while riding on a bizarre 3-wheeled motorcycle, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
According to law enforcement sources, cops observed Williams driving his motor tricycle on the sidewalk — and when they attempted to pull him over, Williams took off.
We’re told the chase continued for several minutes — with Williams driving all over the place, even on the wrong side of the road.
At one point, we’re told Williams took his helmet off and yelled back at the cops, saying, “I’m not going to stop!”
According to sources, police called off the chase for public safety reasons — and now plan to ask the D.A. to charge Williams with felony evasion.
